Who we are and who this policy covers

Sharaka Holdings ("Sharaka", "we", "us" or "our") provides the Sharaka Holdings mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we access, collect, use, store and share personal and device data when authorised staff, employees, tenants, residents, technicians or contractors use the App. Sharaka Holdings is the controller of personal data processed through the App. The App is not intended for children and does not offer self-service account creation. Accounts are provisioned and administered by Sharaka Holdings for authorised users.
